We are seeking a transfer pricing skilled with hands-on experience in multinational transfer pricing compliance or engagement with business/services lines to drive value outcomes and support the timely and proper recognition of financial events to support a defined group of countries or region within a centralized Transfer Pricing Center of Excellence (TP COE). You will be part of a global team responsible for executing transfer pricing compliance activities that support business operations across multiple jurisdictions and ensure adherence to global transfer pricing policies.
What you will do
- Support the transition of transfer pricing compliance activities from affiliates to the Bangalore TP CoE in accordance with global operating models.
- Prepare annual transfer pricing documentation (e.g., Local Files and related disclosures) for a defined set of countries, including business descriptions, functional analyses, financial analyses, and review of intercompany agreements.
- Perform benchmarking searches and quantitative analyses using external databases and comparable company data, under the guidance of Transfer Pricing SMEs.
- Support the annual monitoring of intercompany pricing results and assist in identifying potential transfer pricing adjustments for review and decision by regional or global transfer pricing teams, in line with global policies.
- Coordinate with regional finance and tax stakeholders to collect financial data, understand business changes, and validate intercompany transaction flows.
- Track country-specific compliance requirements, timelines, and documentation standards to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Assist in responding to information requests from tax authorities, internal audit, or assurance teams by preparing supporting analyses and documentation.
- Work with SMEs to implement standardized templates, processes, and controls across regions
