We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Intern to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in company systems and databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit vendor locations that have already been onboarded by the marketing team.
- Coordinate with vendors to collect information related to their products and services.
- List and upload vendor products and services accurately in the application.
- Ensure all information provided by vendors is entered correctly and completely.
- Verify product and service details and make necessary updates or corrections when required.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor products, services, and related information in the system.
- Review listings regularly to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or missing information.
- Ensure timely completion of product and service onboarding activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and vendor information.
- Generate and submit activity reports to supervisors as required.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline
- Good knowledge of MS Office packages, especially MS Word and MS Excel
- Typing speed of at least 100 words per minute
- Good communication skills in English (both written and oral)
- Basic computer knowledge and internet handling skills
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
- Laptop is required for this role

- Good organizational and time-management skills
