Duties and Responsibilities
Operational :
- Provide courteous, professional, effective, and flexible service at all times in line with restaurant standards.
- Perform all assigned duties and tasks to the required standards in the designated work area.
- Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to different sub-departments within the Food & Beverage division when required.
- Carry out responsibilities effectively when rotated or reassigned to other departments.
- Maintain full knowledge of all services and facilities offered by the restaurant.
- Execute opening and closing procedures as assigned.
- Possess thorough knowledge of menu items, including food and beverage offerings, and confidently recommend pairings and upsell options.
- Ensure the work area and surrounding environment are consistently clean, organized,
and well-maintained.
- Monitor operating supplies and minimize spoilage and wastage.
- Handle guest inquiries courteously and efficiently; escalate complaints or unresolved issues to the Outlet Manager and ensure proper follow-up.
General:
- Understand and strictly adhere to all company policies, rules, and regulations.
- Report to duty punctually in the correct uniform with a nametag at all times.
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming, appearance, and hygiene.
- Foster positive working relationships with colleagues within the outlet and across departments.
- Attend and actively participate in meetings, training sessions, and other work-related activities.
- Perform any additional duties or reasonable tasks as assigned by the Outlet Manager.
- Adapt to operational changes and support restaurant functions as required by the company.
