Key Responsibilities: Research & Investment Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth fundamental analysis of listed companies across sectors. • Build and review financial models (DCF, relative valuation, scenario analysis).

• Generate high-conviction investment ideas.

• Publish detailed research reports and investment notes. • Track earnings, industry trends, and macroeconomic developments.

• Participate in management meetings and concalls. Team Management Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise a team of equity research analysts.

• Allocate sector coverage and research assignments. • Review and validate financial models and reports prepared by team members. • Mentor junior analysts and support their professional development. • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality research output.





• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Coordinate with Sales, PMS, and Portfolio Management teams for research alignment. Required Skills & Competencies: • Solid leadership and team management ability

• Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise • Strategic thinking and decision-making skills • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple research projects Educational Qualification:

•CA / CFA (Level 2/3 preferred)

• 58 years of relevant equity research experience

• Prior experience managing a research team preferred
