Job Title: Chartered Accountant Company Finalization

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with solid expertise in financial statements and company finalization. The role involves preparing and finalizing accounts, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and supporting audits while maintaining accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and finalize the financial statements of the company in accordance with accounting standards.
2. Ensure timely completion of statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
3. Handle monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing of books of accounts.
4. Review and reconcile accounts, ledgers, and financial data.
5.



Ensure compliance with statutory requirements under Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, and other applicable laws.
6. Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
7. Conduct variance analysis of actual vs. budgeted financials and prepare management reports.
8. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial health of the company.
9. Provide support in strategic decision-making by analyzing financial data.
10. Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, taxation, and other regulatory frameworks.
