About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes. The ideal candidate brings a unique combination of deep SAP technical or functional expertise and proven project management capabilities, enabling them to bridge the gap between business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical architects throughout the project lifecycle.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex SAP implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectivesleveraging industry-standard methodologies including SAP Activate, Agile,



and Scrum.

Experience
- 1015+ years of overall SAP project delivery experience
- Minimum 5+ years in a Project Manager or Program Manager role on SAP ECC or S/4HANA programs
- Demonstrated experience managing at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions
- Experience with global or multi-country SAP rollouts, template deployments, and localization requirements
- Proven track record delivering projects with budgets of $5M+ in complex, multi-vendor environments

SAP Domain Knowledge
- Deep familiarity with SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA (on-premise, private cloud, or BTP-based deployments)
- Functional expertise in at least one or more SAP modules: FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, HCM/SuccessFactors, or technical areas (BASIS, ABAP, Integration)
- Understanding of SAP HANA database capabilities, Fiori UX, and S/4HANA simplifications vs. ECC
- Knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Tech
