We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign testing to improve performance.
- Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Generate quality leads and sales through performance-driven marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets.

Requirements :




- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (LinkedIn Ads experience is an added advantage).
- Good understanding of campaign structures, audience targeting, keyword research, and bidding strategies.
