About the Role

We are looking for a
highly experienced Java Architect
with strong expertise in
cloud technologies and AI solutioning
to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical leadership, hands-on experience, and the ability to drive innovation across modern architecture landscapes

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design
- Design and implement
scalable, cloud-native architectures
using Java technologies (Spring Boot, Microservices)
- Lead
technical design discussions and architecture reviews
across teams.
- Define
best practices, coding standards, and reusable frameworks
.

Stakeholder & Product Collaboration
- Maintain active engagement with
Product Owners
to understand business requirements.
- Lead
requirement gathering sessions
and review design solutions with stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into
technical solutions and architectural roadmaps
.

Delivery & Ownership
- Own and manage
product backlog items
and work closely with Agile teams across sprints.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of planned features.

Technical Leadership
- Perform
code reviews, design reviews, and enforce engineering excellence
.
- Mentor and guide team members on
Java, cloud, and architecture best practices
.
- Drive adoption of
up-to-date development practices (CI/CD, DevOps, microservices)
.

Hands-On Development
- Develop and troubleshoot applications across
UI and service layers
.
- Lead prototyping and
proof-of-concepts for new technologies including AI solutions
.
- Participate in discussions on
UX, system design, and scalable architecture
.

Client Engagement
- Conduct
demos and walkthroughs
of features to client stakeholders.
- Showcase solutions using
modern frontend and backend technologies
.
