Job Description:
The Senior Officer - Elite will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with high-net-worth clients in the southern region. This position involves driving sales performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing strategic initiatives that align with the company's objectives. The Senior Officer will work closely with various internal teams to develop tailored insurance solutions for clients, thereby contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients to understand their financial goals and insurance needs.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives through proactive outreach, client engagement, and providing personalized service.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in the insurance sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized insurance solutions that meet client needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing products and solutions that align with their financial aspirations.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, client feedback, and market dynamics to help inform strategic decision-making.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to build professional relationships and promote the brand.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with high-net-worth clients.
