Key Responsibilities
● Developing high-quality written content in Punjabi for digital and communication platforms
● Writing transparent, accurate, and contextually appropriate content aligned with approved messaging and objectives
● Creating short-form and long-form content including posts, captions, scripts, articles, and narrative pieces
● Translating and adapting content from Hindi and English into Punjabi while retaining meaning and tone
● Ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and consistency in all written outputs
● Working closely with content strategists, scriptwriters, and creative teams to execute content plans
● Incorporating feedback and revisions in a timely and structured manner
● Supporting research-based content development where required
● Ensuring all content adheres to defined quality standards and communication guidelines
● Assisting in proofreading and quality checks before final submission
● Staying updated with current trends, public discourse, and relevant developments impacting content creation
Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institution
● Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in content writing, with preference for political or government-domain work
● Excellent command over Punjabi language (written and verbal)
