A Multinational company is hiring.

Job Title : Accounts Payable (AP) Executive

Department : Accounts & Finance

Location : Pune

Region : India

CTC : 45,000 to 55,000 PM

Job Descriptions

• Support to reduce account payable aging line item on top priority.

• Non-PO invoices & prepayment, Employees advance forex card invoices and uploading them to the Manila shared folder.

• Ensure all Statutory Payments Should be Paid on top priority and before due dates.

• Monthly two Local Payments Cycles, if require some urgent need to release based on request.

• Import Payment should be release every month without any delay.

• Working on Bank Reconciliation statement to ensure month end no Open line item

• Preparing data Form 15CA/CB monthly basis & share with consultant

• Providing support to the GST team if required, including query related GST mismatched & mismatched & another invoice related required





• TDS & TCS on good & services preparing working, Payment, return consolidated data share with consultant & reconciliation

• Audit support for AP related transactions for all Audits.

Must have Attributes

• Hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / similar)

• Strong understanding of AP processes

• Working knowledge of MS Excel

• Positive communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to have Attributes

• Experience in international payments and forex transactions

• Experience working in a Manufacturing or Engineering MNC (mandatory)

• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Background & Experience Attributes

• B.Com / M.Com / Finance-related degree / Equivalent

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable
