1. Design, develop, and implement MES / IoT solutions to support production operations and improve manufacturing efficiency.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance to gather requirements and define system specifications.
3. Configure and customize MES / IoT software solutions to meet the specific needs and workflows of our manufacturing workplace.
4. Integrate software solutions with other enterprise systems such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) etc.
5. Develop and implement data collection and analysis strategies to monitor and optimize manufacturing performance metrics such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), cycle time, yield, quality, maintenance, etc.
6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for MES / IoT & IT related issues during implementation, operation, and maintenance.
7. Develop and maintain documentation including system design, user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs),
and training materials.
8. Stay updated on the latest advancements in MES / IoT & IT technology, industry standards, and best practices.
9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards such as ISO 2700 (International Organization for Standardization) & ISA 95 standards.
10. Train end-users and stakeholders on MES / IoT functionality, usage, and best practices.
11. Should be able to work with MES / IoT Suppliers
12. Taking care of MES / IoT & IT infrastructure
13. Taking care of information security.
14. Taking care of day to day MES / IoT & IT support activates.
15. Lead and Manage MES / IoT team and have an agile approach for managing projects and solution providers.
Preferred candidate profile :
Bachelor's degree in engineering or graduation with relevant experience in related field of MES / IoT & IT.
