**Position:** Platform Engineer

**Location:** Noida/Pune

**Experience:** 7-12+ Years

Role

Build and enhance the central engineering platform by creating reusable CI/CD templates, AI tooling, golden paths, and infrastructure patterns that enable self-service, improve developer productivity, and accelerate software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Build reusable CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure patterns, and platform components.

* Develop Claude Code (or Cursor, Codex CLI, Cline, Aider) skills, subagents, MCP servers, and AI agent configurations.

* Create golden path templates, project scaffolding, security guardrails, and AI-native workflows.

* Manage versioning, distribution, compatibility, documentation, and adoption of platform assets.

* Collaborate with federated platform teams on shared infrastructure.

* Resolve integration issues, enhance platform assets based on engineering feedback, and contribute to architecture/design reviews.

* Drive a platform-as-a-product approach with self-service, documentation, and adoption metrics.





Required Skills

* Strong experience in Platform Engineering, Developer Tooling, CI/CD, and Infrastructure Automation.

* Expertise in GitLab CI (GitHub Actions/Jenkins/Azure DevOps also acceptable).

* Hands-on with Claude Code or similar AI agentic tools, including MCP servers, custom skills, subagents, and AGENTS.md/CLAUDE.md.

* Experience with Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, Kubernetes, and ECS.

* Knowledge of AI-native SDLC, reusable templates/packages, versioning, and documentation.

* Strong security practices including SAST/DAST, secret management, and Policy-as-Code.

* Ability to work independently and collaborate on platform standards.

* OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Datadog.

* Developer Experience (DevEx) and Financial Services domain experience.
