About The Role
We are looking for a highly driven HRBP with strong experience in fast-paced D2C startups. The ideal candidate should have successfully built and scaled teams, partnered closely with business leaders, and taken complete ownership of the hiring function.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across business and corporate functions.
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring plans and workforce needs.
- Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Improve hiring processes, candidate experience, and recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and quality hiring.
- Partner with business leaders on employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
- Support onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR policy implementation.
- Handle employee relations, resolve workplace concerns, and foster a positive work culture.

Required Qualifications




- 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee lifecycle management and other HR functions.
- Prior experience in a D2C company is mandatory.
- Experience working in a startup environment with rapid hiring needs.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Highly polished, confident, and skilled personality.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Profile
- Candidates who have led hiring initiatives in high-growth startups.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

What We’re Not Looking For
- Candidates with only pure Talent Acquisition execution experience and no strategic ownership.
- Traditional or old-school HR Generalist/HRBP profiles without significant recruitment leadership experience.
