Role Description
The Customer Success Engineer role at Imperum is a full-time, REMOTE position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. In this role,
the team member will partner with enterprise customers to ensure successful deployment, configuration, and ongoing use of Imperum’s Autonomous SecOps platform. Responsibilities include providing technical guidance during onboarding, resolving complex product and integration issues, and proactively monitoring customer environments to optimize performance and security outcomes. The role involves troubleshooting security workflows, collaborating with product and engineering teams on customer feedback, and creating transparent documentation and best practices for SOC operations. The Customer Success Engineer will also conduct training sessions, support proof-of-concept implementations, and help customers maximize value while maintaining high levels of satisfaction and trust.
