Job Title: Client Servicing Manager

Experience: 4–5 years | Design & Digital Agency

Role Overview

Client Servicing Manager to own end-to-end client relationships, translate client requirements into actionable briefs, and ensure seamless delivery across creative, digital, and marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building solid, long-term relationships
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into clear creative/digital briefs for internal teams
- Coordinate with design, content, social media, and production teams to ensure timely, quality delivery
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and scope; flag risks and resolve bottlenecks proactively
- Prepare and present status reports, campaign performance summaries, and strategic recommendations to clients
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Handle client feedback, revisions, and approvals efficiently
- Support pitches, proposals,



and new business onboarding
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards across all deliverables
- Maintain account documentation — contracts, SOWs, timelines, and billing trackers

Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management at a design, branding, or digital agency
- Strong understanding of design, digital marketing, and content production workflows
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and cross-functional teams simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills
- Experience with tools like Google Workspace, project management platforms (Asana/Trello/Monday), and basic familiarity with design/marketing terminology
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
