A leading client of Empower Resources requires Senior Talent Acquisition Skilled for a manufacturing company.

JD:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for corporate offices and manufacturing plants.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for Greenfield project setup and plant expansion.
- Handle bulk and niche hiring across technical, engineering, operations, maintenance, quality, EHS, utility, warehouse, logistics, procurement, finance, HR, IT, and support functions.
- Coordinate recruitment for leadership, middle management, and shop-floor positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, campus hiring, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management.
- Ensure timely onboarding of employees as per project milestones and production ramp-up plans.

Greenfield Project Recruitment
- Prepare manpower planning in collaboration with project and functional heads.




- Recruit critical talent for Greenfield manufacturing facilities from project initiation through commercial production.
- Build hiring pipelines aligned with project schedules and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate recruitment drives for engineers, technicians, supervisors, and plant leadership teams.
- Support mobilization of manpower during plant commissioning and operational readiness.

Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business leaders, Plant Heads, Functional Heads, and HR teams to understand hiring requirements.
- Provide recruitment dashboards, hiring forecasts, and market intelligence.
- Ensure effective communication throughout the hiring process to deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Recruitment Operations
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and documentation.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio, Joining
