We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive to support our Partnerships team. The role involves managing lead databases, tracking partner interactions, ensuring timely lead catering, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate reporting. This position requires exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong communication skills in hindi and english.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and maintain lead databases and partnership tracking sheets with accuracy.
· Track, monitor, and update lead progress on a daily basis.
· Ensure all incoming leads are assigned, followed up on, and serviced within defined timelines by respective team and person.
· Coordinate and communicate with external partners and internal stakeholders with positive communication skill.
· Generate reports, dashboards, and insights from lead data.
· Maintain data quality and identify discrepancies in reporting.
· Streamline reporting processes using Excel formulas, functions, and macros.
· Support operational activities and performance tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
· Strong expertise in VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Dashboards, Advanced Formulas, and Macros.
· Ability to work efficiently with large datasets and spreadsheets.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Relationship management skill.
· High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
