Role Description
The Business Development Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi and multiple locations in Kerala responsible for driving student enrollments and institutional partnerships. This role includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with schools, colleges, corporates,



and industry partners, and promoting Adi’s programs through meetings, events, and outreach activities. The Business Development Officer will conduct market research, analyze trends, develop proposals, and contribute to marketing and sales plans that support growth targets. Daily activities involve managing leads, following up with prospective students and partners, delivering presentations, coordinating with academic and operations teams, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the admission cycle. The role also includes reporting on performance metrics, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and supporting strategic initiatives to expand Adi’s presence in Kochi and surrounding regions.
