Your work profile
As a practitioner, in our Technology Transformation practice, you will have the prospect to build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the goal of exceeding client expectations. Here is an overview of your responsibilities:
- End to end support of construction project lifecycle encompassing planning, monitoring, inter-discipline coordination resource planning
- Preparation of integrated L3 Schedule using project scheduling software - Microsoft Projects/ Primavera P6
- Responsible for planning monitoring functional schedules with focus on sequencing, durations, dependencies, constraints resource requirement
- Conducting project schedule analysis to identify delay/ lags in the project and to derive mitigation strategies to overcome the delays
- Manage discussions with contractors to review progress, understand concerns developing mitigation actions
- Inter discipline inter functional coordination engineering, procurement construction
- Support in project contract management including alignment of contractual terms with project objectives
- Assistance in monitoring contractor performance
- Stakeholder progress reporting through MIS reports and generating key action points for the project
Key Skills Required
- 5+ of experience in project planning for industrial projects or renewable energy projects.
- Knowledge of MS Projects is mandatory
