About the Role:

Senior Software Engineers are technical leaders within a value lane (team), responsible for designing, building, and operating highly scalable financial systems that power payment processing, banking, treasury,



and commerce solutions. You will play a key role in evolving our platform architecture, driving modernization initiatives, and ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of mission-critical services.

In this role, you will lead the design and development of cloud-native applications using Java collaborate across engineering and product teams, and leverage AI-assisted development practices to improve engineering velocity and quality. You will influence architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and contribute to building resilient, compliant, and customer-focused financial technology solutions.
