Role & Responsibilities

1. Assist senior engineers in planning, execution, and monitoring of civil construction projects.
2. Support site supervision to ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
3. Monitor daily site activities and maintain progress reports and documentation.
4. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures at the project site.
6. Assist in quantity estimation, material tracking, and quality inspections.
7. Learn and apply engineering principles while contributing to project completion within timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering - Mandatory
2. Freshers or candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience are eligible.
3. Final-year Civil Engineering students awaiting results may also apply.
4. Valuable understanding of civil engineering fundamentals and construction practices.
5. Willingness to work at project sites and relocate as per business requirements.
