About the Role

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with senior team members on client campaigns, website maintenance, analytics, and e-commerce platforms — a valuable fit whether you're a fresher looking to build a career in performance marketing or have a few years of hands-on experience across paid advertising, e-commerce, or website management.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing
- Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)




- Support lead generation and e-commerce campaigns by tracking performance and flagging optimization opportunities
- Monitor campaign budgets and report delivery issues
- Assist with basic SEO implementation and website performance checks

Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports
- Analyze metrics such as conversions, ROAS, and traffic to support optimization decisions
- Assist with A/B testing and landing page improvements
- Maintain reporting dashboards and marketing data

Website & E-commerce Support
- Maintain WordPress and Shopify sites — updating products, pricing, inventory, images, and content
- Run routine QA checks on pages, forms, and site features
- Troubleshoot basic issues (product pages, checkout flow, Add to Cart) and coordinate with developers on fixes
- Implement and verify minor client-requested website updates
