We are seeking a results-driven Growth Manager with a primary focus on sales growth across all Ecommerce channels, D to C, marketplace, and Quick commerce. This role is responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets, optimizing conversion funnels, and ensuring seamless collaboration with platform, marketing, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will own the entire sales process - from lead generation to revenue realization - while driving continuous improvement in customer experience and platform performance. Willingness to work for six days in a week.
- Sales Target Achievement Revenue Growth - Own and deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets across all e-commerce channels (Amazon , cred, Tata1mg, Flipkart, Myntra , Nykaa, D2C, marketplace, Quick commerce etc).
- Funnel Management Conversion Optimization - Analyze the end-to-end sales funnel to identify drop-offs and conversion bottlenecks. - Collaborate with the platform and performance team to implement A/B tests, optimize landing pages, and streamline the checkout process for higher conversion rates.



- Leverage analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, PostHog, Amazon Pi) to track and improve key sales metrics. - Provide SEO insights for overall campaign growth and optimization.
- Platform Coordination Internal Alignment - Act as the primary liaison between sales, platform, and product teams to ensure alignment on inventory, pricing, and promotional strategies. - Coordinate Operations, supply chain and finance to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment.
- Campaign Management Demand Generation - Proven success in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns for all eCommerce platforms D2c businesses. - Prior experience in solving performance marketing campaigns for D2C businesses (Website), Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart,Cred,Smytten etc) Hyperlocal platforms (Zepto, Blinkit and Instamart). - Implement strategies for user acquisition, retention, and lifecycle optimization.
