Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end employee relations investigations involving workplace behaviour, harassment, discrimination, misconduct, confidentiality breaches, compliance violations, fraud indicators, and other sensitive workplace matters.
- Conduct employee, manager, and stakeholder discussions, document findings, recommend appropriate actions, and ensure timely case resolution while maintaining confidentiality and operational continuity.
- Support Employee Relations across healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management functions including billing, coding, accounts receivable, patient access, registration, authorization,



and related operational teams.
- Manage performance and conduct concerns linked to productivity, quality, attendance, turnaround times, audit observations, policy adherence, and workforce discipline across large operational teams.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Compliance, and HR leaders to ensure Employee Relations practices align with labour laws, organizational policies, healthcare compliance standards, and business requirements.
- Coach managers on conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, grievance handling, documentation standards, performance conversations, and preventive employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain Employee Relations dashboards, analyze workforce trends, identify recurring issues, and recommend proactive interventions that improve engagement, compliance, and employee experience.
