About The Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented
Growth Executive – Sales
to join our West Region sales team based in Pune. The ideal candidate should have experience in
lead generation, cold calling, B2B sales, and Microsoft Cloud solutions
, including
Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Cloud Licensing
. This role involves identifying current business opportunities, engaging customers, managing sales pipelines, and supporting the sales team in driving revenue growth across the Pune market.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and market research.
- Identify and engage prospective customers for Microsoft Cloud solutions, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Cloud Licensing .
- Develop new business opportunities by understanding customer requirements and positioning suitable cloud solutions.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and customer presentations for the sales team.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, commercial offers, and other sales documentation.
- Coordinate the complete order processing cycle from order confirmation to delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and opportunity tracking in CRM.
- Follow up with customers on proposals, renewals, licensing requirements, and order status.
- Support pipeline management and ensure timely movement of opportunities toward closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Pre-Sales, Technical, Finance, and Operations for seamless execution.
- Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and provide regular updates to management.
- Support Business-as-Usual (BAU) activities for existing customers, including license renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
