Role Description
The Freelance Animator role is a freelance position focused on bringing brand stories to life through motion. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating animations and motion graphics that align with brand strategy, developing storyboards, and translating concepts into engaging visual narratives. The animator will collaborate with brand strategists, designers,



and content creators to ensure all motion assets feel cohesive and intentional. Tasks may also involve working with motion capture data, refining animated sequences for different platforms, and iterating based on feedback to maintain clarity, quality, and consistency. This role requires self-directed work, strong communication with the distributed team, and reliable delivery of projects on schedule.

Qualifications
- Robust skills in Animation and Motion Graphics, with the ability to create polished, brand-aligned visual stories.
- Experience with Storyboarding, from concept sketches to detailed sequences that guide animation work.
- Familiarity with Motion Capture workflows and integrating captured data into animated content.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with remote teams, presenting ideas, and responding to feedback.
- Proficiency in industry-standard animation and design tools (e.g., After Effects, Blender/Cinema 4D, Adobe
