Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Assess client needs and provide customized, consultative guidance to help them choose the ideal domain name for their business.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing and inbound sales teams to create and execute strategies for targeting and engaging potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings,



and our domain name inventory to effectively promote our products and services.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while continually identifying process improvement and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the domain name, tech, or e-commerce industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
