We're Hiring: Manager – Diamond & Gemstone Procurement

Are you a seasoned gemstone expert with an eye for quality and a knack for vendor negotiation? We're one of India's leading manufacturers and exporters of fine diamond-studded gold jewellery, and we're looking for an experienced procurement leader to join our senior leadership team.

About The Role
You'll own end-to-end sourcing of diamonds and colored gemstones (emeralds, rubies, sapphires & more), ensuring the right stones at the right price, quality, and time reach our production and sampling lines.

What You'll Do
? Plan procurement schedules aligned with production & sampling needs

? Build and manage relationships with certified, reliable suppliers

? Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms & quality standards





? Set and enforce QC parameters for cut, colour, clarity & carat

? Monitor inventory health and ensure real-time visibility in ERP systems

? Partner with Design, CAD, Production & Sales to hit every deadline

What We're Looking For
? Graduate with a Gemology certification (GIA / IGI or equivalent)

? 10+ years of hands-on experience in diamond/gemstone procurement

? Solid grasp of market trends, stone grading & international sourcing

?️ Proven negotiation and vendor management skills
