Role Description
The Vice President Finance is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing all financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making.



This role manages financial planning and budgeting processes, ensures accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, and oversees financial reporting to senior leadership and regulatory bodies. The Vice President Finance will monitor cash flow, profitability, and working capital, while identifying financial risks and opportunities to improve business performance. Daily responsibilities include leading the finance team, establishing internal controls, collaborating with other departments on cost optimization and investment decisions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and applicable laws. The role will also contribute to long-term financial strategy, capital allocation, and initiatives that strengthen UMANG BOARDS LIMITED’s growth and competitiveness.
