What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Designing across the full B2B spectrum: brand identity systems, performance marketing creative, event and booth design, corporate collateral, and PowerPoint templates that don't look like they were built in 2011
- Building and maintaining brand architecture for clients with complex portfolios. Parent brands, sub-brands, product lines, the works




- Translating strategy decks into visual hierarchies that a CFO can scan in six seconds and still walk away impressed
- Designing for performance channels (LinkedIn ads, email, landing pages) where the brief is "make it convert" as much as "make it beautiful"
- Producing event design assets — from stage backdrops to lanyards — that hold up under real-world lighting, not just on a monitor
- Collaborating with strategists and copywriters across teams to bring campaigns to life
- Managing multiple client accounts simultaneously (telecom, SaaS, enterprise tech, real estate) without losing craft quality under deadline pressure

What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience
, with meaningful time spent specifically in B2B or enterprise design
- A working understanding of brand architecture: how master brands, sub-brands, and product families relate, and how that translates visually
