Our vision is to simplify the complete property ownership journey by bringing together Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Personal Loans, Insurance, Wealth Management, and future property services into one technology-driven ecosystem.
We are currently building our distribution network with banks, NBFCs, DSAs, brokers, and builders across Mumbai & MMR, with plans to scale nationally.
We're looking for a
Founding CTO
who wants to build a category-defining fintech platform from the ground up.
What You'll Build
As CTO, you will lead the design, development, and scaling of MODOIN's technology platform.
You'll own the architecture and execution of:
- Customer Portal
- Partner Portal (DSAs, Brokers & Builders)
- Admin Dashboard
- Internal CRM
- Lead Management System
- Loan Management Platform
- API Integrations with Banks & NBFCs
- Data & Analytics Platform
You'll work directly with the founders to define the long-term product and technology roadmap.
What We're Looking For
We're not looking for someone who only manages teams.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building products from scratch and is excited about solving real-world problems.
Preferred Experience
- 6–12+ years in software engineering.
- Experience building SaaS, FinTech, PropTech, Marketplace, or B2B platforms.
- Robust knowledge of cloud architecture and scalable systems.
- Experience leading engineering teams or technical projects.
- Startup experience is a strong advantage.
