Job Description




We are seeking an experienced Principal Lead – Design Engineering to join our Finance Technology organization. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on hands-on architecture, engineering, platform modernization, and delivery of highly scalable and resilient financial applications. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise across Python, Java and/or .NET, AWS cloud technologies, distributed systems, DevOps, and modern software engineering practices. The role requires leadership through technical excellence, driving engineering standards, solving complex technical challenges, and influencing architecture decisions without direct people-management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade financial applications and platform services using Python, Java, and/or .NET technologies.

Provide technical leadership for application architecture, cloud-native modernization initiatives, and technology transformations.
