We are hiring for Lead Industrial Design

Experience- 8 to 12 Years

Location-Mumbai

Role & responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end industrial design projects from consumer insights to production across appliances, fans, kitchen products, and future portfolios.
- Drive customer-centric innovation by translating market insights, trends, and emerging technologies into differentiated, manufacturable product solutions.
- Build and mentor a high-performing design team, fostering creativity, design excellence, continuous learning, and robust design processes.
- Ensure exceptional design quality through concept development, form, CMF, prototyping, and production-ready execution aligned with brand identity.

Qualifications & Experience
- B.Des/M.Des in Industrial Design,



Product Design, or equivalent.
- 8-12 years of industrial design experience, including 2-3 years leading or mentoring design teams.
- Proven experience taking consumer products from concept to production.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (injection molding, sheet metal, die casting, extrusion, surface finishes).
- Proficiency in Blender, Rhino, KeyShot, Plasticity, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI design tools such as Vizcom.
