Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain middleware applications using IBM WebSphere products such as MQ, Message Queue, SSL/TLS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet customer needs.
- Develop shell scripts to automate tasks and integrate systems using Python programming language.
- Troubleshoot issues related to middleware infrastructure and provide technical support to end-users.

Job Requirements :
- Extensive knowledge on IBM MQ Series.
- Extensive knowledge on IBM Data Power.
- Performance Tuning of applications from a Middleware perspective.
- UNIX/LINUX/Windows Knowledge desirable.
- Shell / python scripting.
- Ability to troubleshoot third party applications.
- Assists others in resolving complex technical problems and investigating the root cause of problems and recommends smart (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, timely) solutions.
- Provides deep specialist consultancy, guidance and support in their specific specialism. Works with other Technical Specialists/analysts as required and ensures any solution within their specific specialism fits with strategic and technical direction.
