Responsibilities:
- Billing & Authorization Operations
- Generate Authorization to Buy (ATB) documents based on approved media plans.
- Enter approved media plan data into Strata and related systems.
- Review billing rollups against planned budgets and identify variances.
- Coordinate with planners to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure budget trackers align with financial and media buying systems.
- Support pre-bill reviews and monthly financial reconciliation processes.
- Campaign Management
- Enter and maintain campaign data across media planning and buying platforms.
- Process budget revisions, actualizations, and reallocations.
- Update campaign flowcharts and media schedules.
- Manage creative tracking documents and campaign records.
- Coordinate store list and location updates with internal and external stakeholders.
- Financial Tracking
- Maintain weekly budget trackers and financial snapshots.
- Validate planned versus actual spending.
- Monitor billing accuracy and escalate discrepancies.
- Record offline campaign actuals and financial updates.




- Delivery Monitoring & Pacing
- Pull campaign delivery reports from media platforms.
- Populate pacing and budget tracking templates.
- Identify under-delivering and over-delivering campaigns.
- Escalate pacing concerns to planning teams.
- Process Documentation & Quality Assurance
- Maintain workflow documentation and SOPs.
- Execute quality assurance checks across recurring processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Media Operations, Ad Operations, Media Billing, Campaign Management, or Agency Operations.
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting templates.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage recurring tasks and deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
