Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Achieve defined performance targets including First Time Right (FTR), On-Time Delivery (OTD), and productivity
- Plan, allocate, and monitor engineering tasks to ensure optimal utilization of resources
- Perform quality checks and reviews for all critical engineering deliverables
- Plan and drive training and competency development initiatives for team members
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and environmental regulations across design and manufacturing activities
- Work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Calculation teams to support current product development and improve order intake
- Support New Sales and After-Sales activities including customer acquisition, footprint replacement, retrofits, and refurbishments
- Promote a process-oriented way of working by developing and maintaining guidelines, processes, and procedures based on lessons learned
