This isn't a role where you'll spend your day updating meta titles and sending monthly reports.

You'll own organic growth across our website, Google Business Profile, local search, backlinks, brand mentions and everything in between.

If you like figuring things out, testing ideas and taking ownership, you'll fit right in.

- SEO reporting and performance tracking
- Finding current opportunities to grow organic traffic

Content

We don't have an in-house content team.

You'll work with freelance writers whenever needed,



or create content yourself using AI tools and your own editing skills.

We're not looking for someone who copies whatever ChatGPT writes.

We're looking for someone who knows how to turn AI into a productivity tool and still publish content that sounds like it was written by a real person.

We expect you to build, not just execute

If a repetitive task can be automated, automate it.

If reporting can be simplified, simplify it.

If keyword research, content briefs or outreach can be improved with AI or workflows, build them.

We'd much rather hire someone who builds better systems than someone who works longer hours.
