Job Description:
As the Operations Team Leader at The Indus Valley, you will assume a critical role in overseeing and managing the diverse facets of our daily operations.Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring smooth and effective operations in both our e-commerce and offline sales channels, working closely with the Operations Manager to drive the company's ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing Excellence:
Ensure that all incoming orders from e-commerce and offline sales channels are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
2.Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels by coordinating with procurement and logistics teams to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.
3.Fulfillment Strategies: Oversee the execution of fulfillment strategies, including both e-commerce and physical store operations, to meet customer expectations.
4.Multi-Channel Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to harmonize operations across various sales channels, bridging the gap between online and offline sales.
5.Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes to guarantee that products meet the highest standards before reaching customers.
6.Team Leadership: Lead and inspire your operations team to achieve performance excellence, providing guidance and support t
