Role Description
The Human Resources Intern (HR Intern)



will support the HR team in day-to-day operations and contribute to maintaining an efficient and inclusive workplace. This full-time, on-site role is based in Indore and involves assisting with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. The intern will help in maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding processes, and assisting with HR documentation and compliance. Additional responsibilities include contributing to HR initiatives related to employee engagement, advantages communication, HR policy implementation, and basic personnel administration. The role provides exposure to HR best practices in a fast-paced digital marketing environment and offers opportunities to learn from experienced HR and business professionals.

Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices.
