About the Role:
We're seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to drive category growth, execute impactful trade marketing initiatives, and strengthen brand visibility across online and offline channels. The role will partner closely with Sales, Category, Brand Marketing, and Merchandising teams to deliver best-in-class consumer experiences and accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive sales, category growth, and customer engagement.
? Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal activations, and product launches across retail and e-commerce channels.
? Analyze sales performance, consumer insights, and market trends to optimize trade investments and improve ROI.
? Collaborate with Category, Sales, Brand Marketing, Merchandising,
and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
? Manage trade budgets, promotional calendars, visibility initiatives, and in-store/online merchandising programs.
? Drive channel marketing initiatives, retailer partnerships, and customer acquisition programs while monitoring campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
✅ 8–12 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Channel Marketing.
✅ Strong experience in FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, Fashion, Retail, Consumer Brands, or E-commerce.
✅ Proven expertise in planning promotions, GTM strategies, merchandising, and trade activation programs.
✅ Solid analytical skills with experience in sales planning, market analysis, and ROI measurement.
Preferred:
⭐ MBA from a reputed institute.
⭐ Experience working with modern trade, marketplaces, omnichannel retail, or premium consumer brands.
