Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership
- Lead and manage embedded hardware development projects from concept, prototyping, validation, and production.
- Define hardware architecture and technology roadmaps for biometric and sensor-based products.
- Review and approve schematics, component selection, and multilayer PCB designs.
- Ensure design quality, manufacturability, reliability, and cost optimization.

Hardware Design & Development
- Design and develop embedded hardware systems involving:
- Microprocessors (ARM Cortex, STM32, NXP, etc.)
- Biometric sensors (Fingerprint, Face Recognition, Iris, Palm Recognition)
- RFID, NFC, BLE, Wi-Fi, GPS, and other wireless communication modules
- Industrial and commercial sensor interfaces
- Power management and battery-operated systems
- High-speed digital and analog circuits
- Perform circuit simulation, signal integrity analysis, and hardware optimization.
- Drive PCB design reviews and prototype validation activities.

Product Development & Integration
- Collaborate with Firmware, Embedded Software, Mechanical Design,



Industrial Design, and QA teams.
- Ensure seamless integration of sensors, biometric modules, processors, memory, communication interfaces, and peripherals.
- Support product certification and regulatory compliance activities.
- Participate in recent technology evaluation and proof-of-concept development.

Testing & Compliance
- Lead hardware debugging, validation, and reliability testing.
- Ensure compliance with:
- EMI/EMC Standards
- RoHS Compliance
- CE/FCC Certifications
- Safety and Environmental Standards
- Conduct risk assessments, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Team Management
- Mentor and guide hardware engineers and junior team members.
- Conduct design reviews and technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Monitor project schedules, resource planning, and deliverables.
- Drive innovation, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
