As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building a team that supports our mission and values.

Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the foundation.
- Sourcing- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Screening- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and fit for the organization.
- Coordination- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Candidate Experience- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback,



and maintaining explicit communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding- Promote Sarvoham Animal Foundation s mission and values through various channels to attract top talent.
- Compliance- Ensure all recruitment processes are in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Reporting- Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Knowledge of:
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, HR related tools, and presentation software.
- Familiarity with typical office protocols, methods, and equipment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to safe working procedures.
- Skill in maintaining precise record-keeping.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources specialization.
