Certified Aesthetician (Department of Dermatology) -

We are looking for a Certified Aesthetician to support the Department of Dermatology by delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments, maintaining clinical standards, and contributing to an exceptional patient experience.

Role & responsibilities

Medical Procedures
- Perform or assist in MNRF, PRP, HydraFacial, HIFU, Chemical Peels, IPL/Laser Hair Reduction (IHR), High Frequency Therapy, LED Therapy, Medi Facials, acne, pigmentation, and hair restoration procedures.
- Follow dermatologist-prescribed treatment protocols.
- Assist the dermatologist during procedures whenever required.

Patient Care
- Prepare patients before procedures.
- Explain pre- and post-procedure care instructions.
- Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety throughout treatment.
- Address patient queries professionally and escalate clinical concerns to the dermatologist whenever required.

Clinic Operations
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and consumables before procedures.
- Follow sterilization, infection-control,



and biomedical waste management protocols.
- Inform the front desk before initiating any procedure to facilitate billing.
- Work collaboratively with doctors, reception, and the operations team to ensure smooth patient flow.

Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels of consumables and treatment products.
- Inform the concerned team when replenishment is required.
- Ensure procedure rooms remain adequately stocked throughout the day.

Documentation
- Maintain accurate treatment records.
- Ensure consent forms are completed before procedures.
- Update inventory and consumable records.
- Maintain equipment maintenance and sterilization logs.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications
- Certified Aesthetician/Cosmetologist.
- Diploma/Certification in Medical Aesthetics.
- 12 years of experience in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic preferred.
- Experience with medical aesthetic devices is an advantage.
