We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Provider Enrollment Credentialing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and be comfortable working in the US healthcare domain during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with provider enrollment and credentialing activities.
- Collect, verify, and maintain provider documents and credentials.
- Prepare and submit enrollment applications to insurance payers.
- Track application status and follow up with payers as required.
- Maintain accurate provider records in internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve credentialing-related issues.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards.
- Meet quality and productivity targets.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in Night Shift.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and good team spirit.
Preferred Skills:
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of the US Healthcare process is an added advantage (not mandatory).
