We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud L3 Consultant to lead enterprise Sales Cloud implementations, enhancements, and L3 production support.

Key Requirements

11+ years of Salesforce CRM experience with robust expertise in Sales Cloud

Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and L3 Support

Strong knowledge of Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Quotes, Products, Price Books, Forecasting, Campaigns, Reports & Dashboards

Experience with Salesforce Flow, Lightning Experience, Security Model, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules & Data Loader

Experience with Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and middleware such as MuleSoft is an advantage

Exposure to Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components (LWC) is preferred

Strong experience in requirement gathering, solution design, stakeholder management, and Salesforce best practices
