Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Operations Management
- Lead the overall operations of the control panel manufacturing facility.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time project completion.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance.

2. Production & Manufacturing
- Oversee fabrication, assembly, wiring, testing, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Improve productivity through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Minimize production downtime and manufacturing costs.

3. Project Management
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Procurement, and Site teams.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and contractual timelines.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical or operational issues.
- Review project milestones and customer requirements.

4. Engineering Coordination
- Coordinate with the Design Department for approved GA drawings, SLDs, BOMs, and wiring diagrams.




- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and applicable standards.
- Support technical discussions with customers and consultants.

5. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Monitor procurement of electrical components and fabrication materials.
- Develop and evaluate suppliers.
- Ensure timely availability of materials for production.
- Control inventory and reduce material shortages.

6. Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems.
- Review factory inspection reports and testing documentation.
- Monitor internal quality audits and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements.

7. Customer Relationship Management
- Attend customer review meetings.
- Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely communication and quality delivery.
