Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Floor Management & System Operations Executive to oversee daily computer-based operations on the work floor. The role involves managing system activities, collecting and maintaining system-related information, handling Google Voice and Remote Desktop (RDP) logins, and performing basic Microsoft Excel tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day floor operations and ensure all computer systems are functioning efficiently.
- Monitor employees’ system usage and provide basic operational support when required.
- Collect, verify, and maintain system numbers and operational records accurately.
- Create, manage, and troubleshoot Google Voice accounts and ensure proper login access.
- Handle Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) logins and assist users with remote system access.
- Maintain login credentials securely and coordinate with the IT team for access-related issues.
- Update daily operational reports using Microsoft Excel (basic data entry, formatting, maintaining records, and easy reporting).
- Track system activities and maintain accurate documentation of operational processes.
- Ensure workstations are organized and ready for daily operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve system-related issues promptly.
- Follow company processes, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compliance with operational guidelines.
