Role Description
The Senior Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for leading interior design projects for multifamily properties, from concept development through detailed design and execution. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, developing design concepts aligned with brand and resident experience goals, preparing and reviewing construction drawings, and selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) that optimize functionality and aesthetics. The Senior Interior Designer will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, operators, and external vendors, coordinate with architecture and construction teams, and ensure that all designs meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.

Qualifications




- Strong expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning, with a focus on multifamily or hospitality environments.
- Proficiency in Architecture-related coordination and the development and review of Construction Drawings.
- Hands-on experience with FF&E; selection, specification, and procurement for high-usage residential spaces.
- Advanced skills in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, coohom, SketchUp, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in leading interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Solid project management, stakeholder communication, and vendor coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail, understanding of building codes and standards, and capability to work on-site in Gurugram.
