Role & responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for sales, operations, and support functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, consultants, and social media platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Conduct joining formalities, documentation verification, and employee onboarding.
- Ensure timely induction and orientation of new employees.

2. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, HRMS, and personnel files.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and absenteeism.
- Support payroll inputs, employee perks administration, and reimbursement processes.
- Generate HR reports and MIS for management review.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Organize employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and HR events.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee experience.
- Support conflict resolution and employee retention initiatives.

Performance Management
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and performance tracking.
- Assist managers in setting KPIs and monitoring performance reviews.
- Maintain appraisal records and provide analytical reports.

5. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs in coordination with business heads.
- Coordinate employee training programs, certifications, and workshops.
- Maintain training records and effectiveness reports.

6. Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits and maintain statutory records.
- Communicate HR policies and ensure adherence across branches and departments.

7. Insurance Sales Workforce Management
- Manage recruitment and onboarding of Agency Managers, Relationship Managers, Sales Managers, and Advisors.
- Monitor sales force attrition, productivity, and retention metrics.
